Michael Clements is the President for Windward Engineers & Consultants in Atlanta. He has built a 20-year career in leadership centered around leading systems-engineering teams. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a decade later, he received an Adaptive Leadership Certificate from the United States Marine Corps.
